I am a newcomer to the forums! (Have a thread in the newcomer board if interested)
I will be taking the Level 1 Coaching Certificate in September but the club for which I play is in it's 1st year after our previous club had to disband. I am one of the comitee members taking charge of training (mostly because I am taking the course soon).
I would appreciate any tips/drills/schedules/
free websites/etc for pre-season training. It is a men's team, ages ranging from 17/18 - early thirties. We would like to focus on regaining fitness in the first month.
