Carsley for Baines?

Are you bluenoses happy with the proposed deal £4m and Carsley for Leighton baines?Hed be a good signing but to lose carsley?

Carsley's getting on a bit now.

Carsley was a really excellent player for Everton last season. His presence in midfield made Everton tenacious and difficult to break down while he also could play a bit going forward with his passing and a decent shooting range. I will be sorry to see him go and I think he might be a big loss. However, once again, I am yet to be majorly let down by Moyes' transfer dealings and I can only imagine he has got this one right. Maybe Jags can step in and fill the void left by Carsley.

What with Valente then? Thought he is a pretty decent footballer when he is not injured. I agree with bluenose, Cars has been tremendous for us but he is getting older. Neville can do the job in the middle as well so I say do the deal if its still on. Read that Man Utd or even the rs is interested as well....

I wonder who he'll choose.
