Should Beattie go???

he hasn't been significant for us. But feel he might just turn it around soon. He is the only big forward we have and to lose him without a replacement can be risky. He does provide us with the long ball option and we also need the numbers for out next campaign.

Depends how much is being offered ..... I'd want at least £2m , preferably £3m .

I'd bite Sheff Utd hand off , if it's true they're offering £4m .

I think he should go. I don't think him being at the club is good for Everton or himself. He is a player of undoubted ability and he does deserve to be playing first team football. However, he just doesn't cut it with Everton's style of play. I remember being a little perplexed when Marcus Bent (who I thought was treated very badly by us) was suddenly shoved onto the bench because of Beattie's arrival. Beattie never really put in the running that Bent did and I don't think our slide down the league the following season was completely unconnected. It's time to go separate ways.

No keep him its always worth a laugh when he gets 10mins at the end of a game and to think he was once England material.
