Nice ground for Wales in Rhyl - I've seen 3 full and / or U19 international games there - would have been lovely to see Arsenal there too

4 to 4.5 hours and then all the way back again! I thought 3 was a long time

Well, if the roads are quiet, like Sunday mornings, and I come back here late on a Sunday, I might make it there and back in 8 hours - maybe less if I put my foot down a bit - but that uses more fuel and upsets my carbon footprint

Hmmm...a prediction, I think Arsenal will win by 7 goals to 0. I want Emma to keep more clean sheets this season

She had 28/44 games with a clean sheet 63% that's a fantastic record , don't think she will beat that.

I'd like Spencer to play more this season,
especially when we lead 5-0 or so
The last 10-15 mins in such game should be hers,
she lacks experience in Premiership.
And for us, not for the opponent
In the UEFA Cup games, I want Emma only though

I think it's still possible to improve on the amount of clean sheets, the defence should be stronger with Faye back so that should help.
