What a class fcuken act this guy is, even after everything that has happened this past week, being stabbed in the back by his chairmen and hung out to dry by the media he still has not said one bad word about anyone.
Heres a audio link of his press conference today: http://footballaudio.com/content/audio/2007/08/JOL2408.mp3 MARTIN JOLS BLUE AND WHITE ARMY! |

i would always of backed him even if we had lost to derby.

Although his tactics sometimes give me heart-attacks, I am glad he has stayed and I am fully confident he can guide us to Champions League football, if not a domestic cup or uefa, and if not by the end of the season then he can be asked questions - but for now I am happy he's our boss.

He has my full backing. Scandalous to even consider sacking him.

3-1 at home to Arsenal, which is supposed to be the team we beat to 4th place this season...
I want him out. Bring in Capello or Lippi. |

If our defence carries on like this i wont big up his exit but maybe a change in management may be the way forward. Its not just the result which id dissaopinting its the fact that Arsenal were by far the better team.

the gap between 4th anf 5th is now much greater,
this is very disappointing considering the money we spent that of course, is assuming we can get to 5th which seems highly unlikely |

4 points from 6 games is unexplainable as far as im concerned. Martin didnt seem too bothered in his interview after the game, someone like Mourinho or Ferguson would be going mental, clearly showing their concern. I am not a happy man!

Hopefully a crushing defeat over that team from cyprus will get up our morale and our defence will be fired up and we can go and get a good result against Bolton.
Hes the scenarios 1. We get beat by Bolton jol gets sacked. 2. We draw with Bolton jol gets sacked. 3. We beat Bolton board decides maybe to give jol won mnore game and if we win that maybe he can keep his job. Personally i feel it would be a mistake to sack a manager that every fan at Spurs loves and the manager who took us from a bottom half of the table average team, that every team in the prem was looking at us thinking they could take points off us, and he has turned us into almost a team who plays CL football. Come Jol you can do it!!!!!!! |

I've pretty much been a Jol supporter throughout this difficult start to the season - I believed given time he could turn things round, but this dosn't appear to have kicked in.
I believe Jol is the fall guy to the boards mis handling of much of this situation, I love the big guy, but I am starting to feel some fresh impetus is now needed. We are now in November, and in the relegation zone - I keep hearing what people used to say about Cloughies Forest years ago, that they wouldn't go down, they were too good to go down....there's still a fair way to go, but that is exactly what I thought when Forest did the unthinkable. I am quietly confident it won't come down to that, but we cannot afford to leave it too late. |

I still feel martin jol is a great manager and has been quality for us but im nto sure if hes right type of manager for the english game as in the english tactics and the english media getting on his back,
maybe it is time for a change or maybe not we shall see, if we loose to Blackburn at home that could see jol out. |

Ok jol is officially out and rumours are ramos has agreed terms,
what i want to know is would anyone be able to do better with the players we got atm none of them apart from keane seems to have any desire to do well for the fans. |
