Its a big surprise if he is really coming back. Though he did well when he was here (i was a big fan of his), I think he will only be a squad player and not a first teamer this time round. He's here maybe because of Carleys injury.....

Well, I still think he is a quality player and can contribute to our league & Euro campaigns. One more solid central defender and we are pretty much done.

I thought Everton made a big mistake letting him go he was one of the best players which was reflected the season after he left they had a poor season,can he fit back into the team?is he still the same player he was?

It was not our intention to sell him. But we can understand his intention to move, Its to Real Madrid by the way. Its only logical......

He might be slower than before, but he compensates with his commitment and non stop running. I still feel he will be an asset.

My point proven so far. He really made the team click when he came on. I really feel that we have missed a player of his stature the last few seasons. And he made the goal for lescott!
