Donati is a definite transfer possibility (not now though), but not Cisse. Marseille have not had a good start in France and it remains to be seen whether they'll start well in Europe.

Conaldinho, that has to be the most balanced team i've seen so far, but do you really need five 6.0 defenders when there are some good 4.5 ones and some great 5-5.5 ones? Puyol is injured and will probably miss the opener against Lyon, by the way.

And Gattuso will not get you many points. For 6.5 you should get someone like Castillo from Shakhtar or for 0.5 more someone like Aquilani from Roma. Ben Arfa has done well for Lyon so far (1 goal, 2 assists in 3 games), but you know that he isn't always a starter, right? For 5.5 he might be worth the risk though.

I've been thinking about Adebayor but i'm not sure what Wenger has in mind for him. When is Eduardo going to start playing regularly?

I had him in my original team but decided to go all out and buy Kaka instead, cause i wanted someone i can give the captaincy to in most gameweeks and not have to worry if i made the right decision.

This time i gave the captaincy to Sneijder, as i felt confident he'd have a good game, but from the highlights i've seen he wasn't one of Real's best players tonight. I was this close to giving RVN the captaincy but decided to stick with my original decision, unfortunately.

RVN got me 8 points, Sneijder 4 and Kaka just 2. Helton didn't play tonight, so i suppose i'll get 3 points after Boruc's auto-sub. So, 17 points so far. The rest of my picks are playing tomorrow.

Quaresma only got me 2 points, even though he played well. This is f*cking bullsh*t!!!

Oh and i'm going to have a nightmare start, because i chose 2 sh*te subs, and Drogba and Frings are injured, so i've only got one decent sub to come in for one of them.

In the CL FF game your midfield/forwards get points if they score, give assists or earn penalties. Having a good game means nothing if they don't do those things, unfortunately. They also get 2 points if the team keeps a clean sheet, which Porto didn't.

Also, take into account that you get less points for goals/assists than in the EPL game. For example, RVN would have 12 points if this was the EPL FF, not 8.

Thats a bit extreme, calling it pathetic especially when you have a much better chance of winning this game. Its near impossible to win the premier league fantasy football. But with the CL version a lot less people signed up for it.

IMO its better if there aren't bonus points because then people can't just pick fabregas and gerrard then just expect points from them every week.

Got a solid 48 points this week. All of my front 3 scored (nistelrooy, sheva and henry). Sagna got me 9 points.

43 points for me, my back 4 all got 6 points each, I would have got a few more points as well if Milan didn't conceed that goal in extra time

54 for me. Pirlo, Fabregas & Miguel my top earners.

51 for me. If PSV didn't concede in the last minute it would have been 55.

Not great, but not bad either.

There are only 18 teams in the league of this forum? There are some teams that I don't find like Conaldinho's team.
