You're missing the point. It's not what happened, it's what could've happened. If you can't see that then in my opinion your the one that's lost their common sense. Dida was wrong to fall over like he did but gain some perspective and see what the fan could have done.

The lesson to learn is the fans need to be stopped being let onto the pitch.

but he didnt. thats the point.

nobody is saying the fan is blameless. he has been punished accordingly.

Dida could've stood there like a man or even chased him down. he didnt and is as pathetic as the fan himself
