are admins alowed to use abusive language e.g idiot

not constantly though maybe one or twice, but not constantly. i dont really care about the x-factor thing, do you really think i would do something like that and not expect repercussions, all he had to do was close the thread, and thats it, but he didnt he tried to humiliate me and im trying to find out why he's aloud to do this. he's made it clear, if i use abusive language on him im getting a ban, which i fnd is unfair, im not asing for any of your opinnions but i am asking why he is aloud to do this.
