Bednar happy at fitness progress

West Bromwich Albion striker Roman Bednar says he is delighted with his progress after making a goal-scoring return on Saturday from hernia surgery.Czech international Bednar, 27, scored Albion's second goal in a 3-0 win at Kidderminster and said he feels great.
"It's fine after the operation. Everything is cool and I am working hard," Bednar told the club's website.
