Carling Cup quarter-final draw:

West Ham v Everton

Man City v Spurs

Chelsea v Liverpool

Blackburn v Arsenal

I was nearly right Twmcat, it was a London club we got.

it was hard not to!

im pleased with that draw. quite confident we can beat that second rate bunch of scousers.

provided of course the rest of our squad dont drop dead as well.

That's interesting, four London sides versus four north-west ones.

Chelsea away isn't great, as our triumphs over them in cup competitions have tended to be at Anfield, but anything can happen.

I think Arsenal's draw is the toughest though, Wenger will be hell-bent on using his youngsters and their first-team only managed a point in the corresponding league fixture.

There's every chance one of the 'smaller' clubs could win the tornament, with two semi-final places guarenteed for them. Personally, i'm holding out for an all-scouse final..

I'm happy with that draw too. Better than getting any of the others. Plus to make this crap cup worth while then it has to be the sh|te in the final. I might even go. Shocked Do you make a nice cuppa steely? Cool

a tough one for Arsenal ....Blackburn will field their best side i imagine so Arsene Wenger will have to make sure his team is not too inexperienced ..i have faith in our youngsters though ..time for revenge maybe for knocking us out of the FA Cup last season .
