@ smithy - your men's team lost this weekend Wink

@ Dylan - didn't take my camera (not that I'd have got a good pic anyway). Ron took his compact, but didn't take a lot - I wish I'd have told him to go down towards the pitch after the trophy was presented - the players ran towards the crowd, hands held, in a line, but I doubt anyone had a pic of Jayne leaving them, running ahead and jumping in the air looking a bit crazy Laughing
(We accept that of course, as she's Welsh Wink)

This summer has seen Arsenal team weaken Everton lose their star keeper, Chelsea and Leeds make big signings, so it should be a vey interesting season.

Funnily enough the supposed 4 teams who should compete for the title are already in front.
I think any point lost against weaker teams could be costly indeed.
Liverpool already bottom and I expect them to have a double figure goal difference next Sunday evening, their fixture list isn't the best one.

My guess is by the 6th game, the top 4 will be already miles in front of a middle section with like 5 teams in the middle and 3 teams already fighting to be relegated.

After 2 games the top 3 has taken a lead with Birmingham doing extremely well after losing players and coach during the summer.
Liverpool Forrest Fulham and Blackburn with no points. That's a bit of a surprise for Blackburn but they got unlucky with the fixtures, same for Liverpool who is hosting Everton Wednesday and should reach -20 goal difference sadly for them.

The top 3 have already broken away from the rest of the League.
Leeds title challenge could be over on Sunday should they loose against Arsenal as they would not be likely to get a 8 points gap back.
There are 3 early contenders for relegation, the two promoted teams plus Liverpool who lost most of their top players this summer, so no real surprise there.
