The table is starting to look a bit healthier now for Arsenal :
5 points behind leaders Bristol Academy with a few games in hand.
Everton Leeds and Chelsea are also starting to climb up the table and I guess those 5 teams will be in the top 5 at the end of the season.

How did Arsenal fall so behind in games , was it due to half the squad playing for England ?

If Arsenal continue to win all their games they will be back where there belong , on top

Yep we started the season when most team had already played 8 to 12 games.

How many consecutive Prem games have Arsenal won now?

And how many undefeated?

I meant over the last few seasons.

We have won all 7 so far this season, and all 22 last season, and I'm sure we didn't lose in 2005-2006.

I just wonder when we lost 2 points in a drawn game in the league, and when we last lost

Haven't found the last loss in league play though.

I started going to games just after that draw with Everton - so we've won every league game since I started going

First away game I went to was at Everton - league cup game (?) in December 2005.

^ Last loss was "15 October 2003 against Charlton". I can't confirm it though. I just found it in a thread on www.onlineArsenal.com. And the person that posted claimed they found it on another footy website.

It could be right.

We lost to Charlton in League Cup final in March 2006 at Wycombe.

Next loss was to OL in last round of UEFA cup.

And that includes all tournaments.

Jsut read in matchday program 42 league games undefeated for the girls

and that record is probably unlikely to end anytime soon

Last game Arsenal failed to win in the league was against Everton, Oct 2005, although they left it late tonight

I was gonna goto the game in Bristol, but couldnt be bothered in the end.

I've just realised that the only 2 games I've seen us lose was when I happened to be sitting to the famous Ken.
I must avoid him next time - just in case

But, I bet he can tell us who last beat us in the league.

Thanks to Smurfy's research, it's at least 66 games (starting from beginning of 2004-2005) - and I found this on the FA site:

That related to 2003-04 season and was posted just before FA final. Arsenal won the double that season, so I assume the next league game wasn't a defeat - but there is no guarantee.

I just heard them say on SSNews it was Arsenal's 42nd straight league win

They only just made it last night then nowt like leaving it late Poor Bristol , I expect they thought they'd earned a point.

It's an Arsenal thing - men and women - leave it late to give everyone a bit of excitement

and to give us all heart attacks and grey hair
