Srna playing as right back, but is always round Benficas penalty area. Just spraying balls around use ease.

Wrong thread, "What The Weather Is" is in the General Section. And to think you're a Mod too.
(Congrats by the way mate!)

Do you see the Celts progressing far? Great result in qualifying, its going to be tough but I can't imagine too many teams looking forward to a trip to play your lot.

Good play from Shakhtar, unlucky really. Did run of of ideas towards the end, but plenty of players to show they can do it again, if they can keep them.

I think we might be seeing more of Srna. If he doesnt play on the right wing, a team with very attacking full backs is ideal.

Cheers Sparky.

To be honest I'm mixed. At the minute, our ranking is very poor. Bordering on the third pot I think with the Rangers several places above us due to a few wins they picked up in the Uefa Cup a while back. If we were in the Uefa cup, I beleive we could have went on abit and picked up a few wins which would benefit the club for future campaigns.

But the CL is where everyone wants to be. Glamour ties, added revenue and the prospect of rubbing shoulders with Europe's elite. We are a long way away from the '67 but I feel this is one of the best squads we have had in a long long time. Strachan has installed beleif & confidence aswell as bringing in exciting young talents such as Brown & McDonald. He has also devloped McGeady into the player that we all knew he could be.

There is a few teams I would like to avoid, but on our day, I think we can beat anyone at home. It's unbeleivable. I was at the Shakhtar game and I never heard anything like it. Opposing players, know matter how big and glamourous they are, stand in awe of the crowd. I remember last season in the last 16 against Milan, the players were lined up for the CL anthem, but it couldn't be heard. Players like Kaka, Seedorf, Pirlo etc stood looking at the crowd as they sang 'You'll Never Walk Alone'..It's moments like this that make me proud to be Celtic fan.

As I say, at home, I'd be happy to draw anyone but our away form is very poor. Need a good win away to get the ball rolling
