I believe that Michael Owen is about to return to The Premiership.

Firstly, DO NOT Double Post.
You have posted this in the transfers section

Secondly, add a link back to football.co.uk if you wish to keep that link on the site, otherwise it will be removed.

I'm just wondering, does Owen's return to the premiership and Newcastle change anyone's mind about their position in the tables?

Nope, I just checked and they are still in 19th with 1 point..........................

Just kidding, I think Owen will score goals and the moral will be lifted by Solano and Luque as well, they will start to move up. I still think the back line is a question, even if Bramble (who I consider somewhat shaky) is about to return.

But yes, the sun will start shining again for Newcastle..... Smile

And, Hey RealArsenal, I'm surprised your fellow countryman, and also a proud Arsenal supporter, oranjepalooza didn't ask you to introduce yourself to us all as a new member Shocked
Maybe it's because you live nearer to Highbury than he does Very Happy

Anyway, just having a bit of fun there, but, please introduce yourself to everyone on the newcomer section, and do the newcomer questionnaire please Wink Very Happy
And don't be too upset if you see replies like "Not another Arsenal fan" Laughing

.........................continuing Twisted Evil
Well having only one striker (and hardly in his prime), several injuries and tackling Arsenal and Manu at full strength you can understand.

Thought I would finish off the .............. for you because I am sure that's what you would have written rather then some scummie press inference because I KNOW you're not like that, are you Very Happy

The back line you refer to is one blip by Boumsong (against Manu) and even you must admit he did a darn good job against Henry. Bramble has improved enormously last season and I sure will learn heaps from Parker. Taylor hasn't done a thing wrong and has taken to the first team like a duck to water.

I am sure with Owen up front and Nobby firing balls in to Big Al and Owen picking up any loose balls as you say Luque there backed by Dyer / Bowyer/Emre on paper it looks pretty darn good.
We still need anouther striker and a left full back ,we will be a force to reckon with. Wink
