Livorno
Their performances are improving and so is the news on the injury front for the Amaranto. Only A.Fillipini is out with injury for this match, whilst Knezevic is suspended. Camolese will look to employ his side’s traditional 3-52 formation, with Tristan and the in-form Tavano in attack.

Roma
Following a successful 60 minutes against Cagliari midweek, Totti is sure to start once again, and it’s just a matter of who starts in behind the Giallorossi’s talismanic captain. With Taddei in sensational form, expect him to form a third of the attacking midfield, most likely along side Mancini and Vucinic, whilst the unlucky Giuly, who has done nothing wrong himself, will be relegated to the bench. Aquilani, Perrotta and Cassetti are still out injured, however are all likely to be back before the Christmas break.

Probable line-ups

Livorno (3-5-2): Amelia; Pavan, Grandoni, Galante; Balleri, Pulzetti, De Vezze, E.Fillippini, Pasquale; Tristan, Tavano

Roma (4-2-3-1): Doni; Panucci, Juan, Mexes, Tonetto; Pizarro, De Rossi; Taddei, Vucinic, Mancini; Totti

Inter will win his match for sure, Roma must win this one too for not loosing points. Hopefully a 0-1 win for Giallorossi

1-1, De Rossi 5th and Tristan at 6th minute that with a personal action dribbles Ferrari and score his first goal in Serie A. Roma is playing a pretty awful match, as is the pitch pretty awful. Let's see what they'll do in the second half Rolling Eyes

Hey GOBati

I like Roma. Have 2 original shirts and 2 fake ones (bought on vacations in Roma).. Hehe, and three of them with Totti on the back..

I havent seen a single Roma game this season (I know its misserable), but I was wondering how do Roma play this season? I follow the results, and I see we draw alot.. Is this down to being unlucky or are we playing uninspiring?

Is Juan a reinforcement? Was the Giully transfer a good bargain? What about Cicinho?

I hope you will help me and answer my questions, so I can get a little up to date.. I use to watch about ten Roma games per season, so its a little unusual that I dont know how we are doing.. Smile

We alternate good matches to awful ones. Until the game with Juventus we were playing amazing football, since that day we never played at our best. We also had misfortune but when you don't play at your best it's normal to have bad luck.

Juan is a great player, maybe better than Chivu but he sometimes does stupid mistakes

Giuly is also a good bargain but I'm not that happy of him till now, he misses too many easy goals for my liking and he's not as agressive as he should be

Cicinho isn't playing much, is a quality player and I like him a lot but defensively he's really bad

So are Juan's mistakes clumsy og is he sometimes not focused? Unlucky maybe?

Where on the pitch do Spaletti play Giuly? I think he was playing on right wing in Barca.. Maybe He just needs time to settle and the goals will follow.. I hope so. Cool

Haha, true about Cicinho. It's a fact that any full back playing in Real Madrid (former and present) aren't any good at defending.. But have he been playing on the wing in Roma?

Ps. Thanks for the answers.. Smile

Nah anything clumsy for Juan, it's just that he tries every time to anticipate the forwards by stopping the ball and most of the times he does amazing takles but sometimes he misses the ball and lets the forward an occasion to score. It's not lack of focus it's just a risk of the way he plays.

Giuly is playing in many positions, mainly as left winger but also at right wing and in the center in the spot of Perrotta

No Cicinho plays very rarely, but he usually plays at right back, sometimes Spalletti puts him as winger on the right but he don't do this very often (I think because if he plays Cicinho always as winger the journalists will blast Spalletti saying that the brazilian isn't able to defend and he did the wrong buy)
