Brentford have lost their last five league games, including a 7-0 defeat at Peterborough, and have not scored a goal for 520 minutes.

They are 19th in League Two - just four points above the relegation zone.


He was rubbish while at Sydney with his boring style and he was rubbish at the Bees. Good riddance.

Andy Scott is to hold the fort - any names being thrown into the mix to take over?

He was the manager my teams' rival club in Australia until we knocked them out of the Semi's resulting in him being fired. I have no time for him Wink

Haven't heard any rumours - I read the BBC gossip column but there's nothing there.

Butcher, good bloke (having met him), Terrible manager. Some needs to tell him there is such thing as a short passing game.

Brentford have been pathetic this season, wouldnt be surprised if the get relegated again yet. Dont know who's taking over but surely they have to do a better job than Butcher

The clubs chairman or CEO or some high up guy resigned this morning according top Sky Sports. Things not looking good at the moment

He says things are bright with the new stadium developments etc.

What's the point if they end up relegated? Confused

They've been talking about that stadium for years. Ive got a match program from about 7 years ago where they had plans for the stadium to be finished by now Rolling Eyes

Its amazing what a little back-room shake-up can do sometimes - 3-1 win away to fellow strugglers Wrexham, and a missed penalty could've made it 4.
