I'd rather it too. It'd be a nice change from the same old two..

But Chelsea absolutely love winning the Carling Cup, so you may have a task on your hands. Although if you can draw at Stamford Bridge, as you did in the league, then that is a good start.

After the defeat of Everton against Oldham i'll go for a win 3-1 for Chelsea and i'll go for a win 2-0 for Arsenal.

I heard that as the kids saw off Tottenham so easily last time, Arsenal are sending out the ladies team to make it more even.

I honestly would prefer Chelsea in the final if we could get there, because if we win then weve won the cup. If we loose at least we can say o well it was Chelsea. If it was Everton and we loose i will get laughed at in school. If its Chelsea and we loose all the man u fans in my school cant laugh because i will remind them about fa cup final 07

Is this prediction over one or two ties?

I didn't know that there are 2 ties, it's a prediction for the first tie. Smile

So we'd win if we won 2 - 0 at our ground...... Sounds possible to me. Wink

Is it me or does this game seem fixed to anyone else?

Everton have practically let Chelsea do what they like around the penalty area for the last 15mins, even though Chelsea have 10 men.

Smells fishy!

I have a feeling Bluenose might have killed himself. And it was Lescott of all people. Gotta go find the highlights.

It's not a bad result if there are two legs.

Thanks mate... You've brought a big smile on my face with that one. Wink

It could of been a lot worse and ive said in another thread somewhere if we dd get beat I'd be happy with 2 - 1 as I already have my ticket for the second leg. Imagine if we would of got beat 3 - 0 it would be a waste of time going... Rolling Eyes

Chelsea deserved their win and I can't complain too much but what a belter from the yak eh. Wink

Not a terrible result, but the way it happened. Chelsea down to 10 men, and then an OG in the 90th minute of all minutes, and Lescott of all people. The stars were all aligned tonight against Everton.
