President Soler and coach Koeman have taken the decision of excluding certain players (those who have the most conflictive personalities) of Valencia, and have told them to find a new team since they won't play for Valencia again. This surprising decision affects keeper Cañizares, and players Albelda, Angulo and probably Vicente and Fernandes. Besides, David Villa might leave the team as well because he wants to be surrounded by proffesionals, and Valencia seem anything but proffesional these days.

This is shocking Shocked

They've decided to get rid of half their first team?? I suppose something has to be done with things as bad as they are but I didnt really expect them to do that! Surprising thing is that those players =are some of the clubs most loyal players, Canizares, Albelda, Angulo, Vicente etc have all been at the club for years and now theyre just told theyre no longer wanted

It's quite shocking, Albelda was even crying this morning in the press conference.

Canizares is old, but Albelda and Angulo still have a few more good years in them. It's shocking to see them go.

Getting rid of Vicente is just plain stupid. The guy is only 26 and one of the best wingers in the world. Yes, he may not see eye to eye with the club on some things, but you don't kick out a player like that. I wonder where he'll end up.

And you forgot to mention Zigic. They spent 18mil euro for him last summer (same with Fernandes) and now they want to get rid of him? Stupid planning.

Koeman is taking a tremendous risk and if his "revolution" doesn't work i don't really see him working outside Holland ever again.

Valencia battled back from 2-0 down tonight back to 2-2, with Zigic getting one of the goals! Surprised

Yep, but nobody said (but the media) Valencia wanted to get rid of Zigic yet.

Canizares is old. Angulo is rubbish.

Is Baraja the club captain now? I know that he was captaining them last night

You never know, this could turn out to be a stroke of genius from Koeman, similar to Fergie all those years ago when he got rid of people like Whiteside & McGrath..

I only saw the first half live last night although I saw the highlights this morning and Valencia seemed to play well in the 2nd half
