V

So this is on tomorrow, first Madrid-Barca game of this season.

Looks like Messi is injured but Henry has been passed fit.

Let's hope for another match like last year's one, I'll go for 2-1 seeing as it's at the Nou Camp.

I hope that Eto'o scores one or two goals. Perhaps Ronaldinho and Deco will start in the bench, is what they would deserve for their bad attitude. I hope 2-1 or 3-1 but I'm not 100% confident.

I think Madrid are playing better this season but since the match is in Barcelona, I don't know... I'll say 2-3 for Madrid.

Last I heard, Ronaldinho is on the bench due to his outburst/fight with Rijkaard during training yesterday.

Not too confident going into this particular match without Messi, but with Eto'o back scoring and a possibly fit Henry we might just be able to pull it off if our defence performs well.

I'll go with a 2-1 prediction, for Barca.

Iniesta just killed 2 Barca attacks in under a minute (29-30), first by losing the ball to Casillas and then to Ramos.

Now Iniesta sent a very sly cross in Real's box but Ronaldinho kicked it right onto Casillas even though he had no defenders on him. Best chance of the game so far and Ron wastes it like that...

And when you don't score, the other team does.

Baptista 0-1

Nice 1-2 passing between him and RVN. Stupid defending by us.

Great game so far.

That Baptista goal was brilliant.

It's over.

Really intense second half, but Real defended well and our players just didn't seem to be able to put the ball in the net.

Really disappointing...

That was the dullest El Classico of modern times.

Last season both teams had their problems but that match in Neu Camp was the best of the last few years. The 3-3 i mean.

This was definitely crap compared to that.

Where were all the goals? I was sure they would have gifted us some goals in the second half.

Why didn't Rijkaard bring on Henry? Ronaldinho is terrible. The last two years, he's seriously dropped in quality. No where near what he used to be a few years ago.

And Madrid were terrible when they were on the counterattack in the second half.

pffff pathetic and lamentable, while there are big chances in the club Barça won't win anything again.

Beautiful goal I have to say, some lovely team work and counter attacking football from Real. Some great saves from Casillas in this match as well, it could have been level going into HT if not for him.

What the hell was Rijkaard playing at not bringing on Henry though? when he made the second substitution (Zambrotta I think?) that's when he should have put Henry on IMO. He's 1-0 down at home to Barca's biggest rival so what does he do? bring on a full back. I really don't know why he didn't bring Ronaldinho off either, he had a shocker and doesn't look very fit either.

Credit to the kid Bojan though, there's been alot of hype about him and that was a good shot that he had shortly after coming on.

So Real go into the break with a 7 point lead, Rijkaard has some work to do and if he doesn't get it sorted quick he could get the chop.

This is the reason Rijkaard won't be at Barca much longer. I'll give it till this summer, and he'll be sacked is my prediction.

That would be a pretty safe bet.
