Only recently have i found out that both Jermaine Defoe and Darren Bent are Arsenal fans and Bent used to have a season ticket at highbury. WHat do you Spurs fans think of Arsenal fans playing for our club?

If their performances on the pitch were good it would not matter to me .... but neither player is performing well at the momment ....

I expect to see Bent gain more 1st team appearances this season and more goals .... I still think hes worth holding on too as he has a proven track record in the premiership ....

Defoe needs to start scoring goals more often 1 in 3 games is not good for a world class striker ...

you think they would of learned something watching Ian wright !

Shocked Surprised

I never knew that!

What's your source mate?

I personally don't see a problem with an Arsenal fan playing for the club, it demonstrates they have seen the error of their ways and repented Wink

Defoe has apparently scored more goals per minute played than any other Premiership player this season. It may not seem like he scores all that often, but he's actually doing pretty well considering the limited opportunities he's been getting of late. Smile

Jamie O'Hara played for Arsenal schoolboys but at least he aint one of them.

Official Tottenham website wrote:
JAMIE'S FA CUP DREAM

Jamie O’Hara’s memories of watching Spurs in the FA Cup as a boy makes Saturday’s Third Round clash with Reading even more special for him.

It could be the 21-year-old midfielder’s first game in the competition and another landmark in his recent progression into regular first-team action.

And should he be involved against Steve Coppell's side, he will certainly have some famous moments from our FA Cup history to call on.

Jamie said: “I remember watching FA Cup games growing up and seeing a few thrillers. I’ve got a few DVDs at home of the Spurs v Arsenal games and Gazza scoring that free-kick. My Dad always puts those on if we’re doing well! It’s a great competition to be involved in.

It’s always been a dream of mine to play at Wembley in an FA Cup Final for Spurs, so if we do well this year, you never know.

“I think we can win a trophy this year. We’ve got a great chance in the Carling Cup and if we can get a good run going in the FA Cup, then why not? There aren’t any teams out there we can’t beat on our day, so I think we can win some trophies.”

Woooooooot!
