Watching this one, as i will watch all the games, and with 25 minutes gone at the time of writing, it is Namibia 1-2 Morocco. Morocco looked in complete control early on and were two-nil up inside six minutes but Namibia are beginning to come out of their shells a little and a lovely ball from Benjamin aloud Brendell in for a lovely piece of finishing.

More goals to come in this one.

3-1 to Morocco!

A header and a first half hat trick from Allouidi. Brilliant ball in.

Morocco go 4-1 up through a Sektioui penalty.

I fear for the final scoreline.

Since the new rules were enforced. No swearing allowed.

Second half has begun, with Morocco reaffirming their control.

Still 4-1.

I'm surprised there are not more Moroccan supporters there, but Namibia is a tiny nation whose national Sport is more Rugby than Football. There are as many Namibians there as i would expect.

The supporters that are there are making good noise though it must be said.

5-1 now, Zerka with his first ever goal for his country, dreadful goalkeeping after he came all the way out to meet the cross and never got near it.

Full time: Namibia 1-5 Morocco.

Thoroughly dominant performance from the Moroccans, who dominated the game from start to finish after going 2-0 up after just six minutes after a Allouidi double and will have been slightly annoyed to have conceded to virtually the only attack of the game from Namibia, although it was superb play from Benjamin and a solid finish from Brendell. Alloudid went on to complete his hattrick and a penalty from Sekiouti finished the scoring. A relatively entertaining, goal filled first forty five was followed up by a fairly dull second half that fizzled out with half chances and Morocco just sitting on the ball. Easy win to kick of the Moroccan campaign.

Didn't get to watch this game. But looks like Morocco dominated with ease.

good performance from morocco definately one o my favourites to win the cup..they won 5-1 against a very very poor namibia side but morocco showed whatthey are capable of. they left first choice players such as kharja,el karkouri and mokhtari on the bench and still managed a dominante performance.

I agree. I really like the look and shape of this Moroccan team. They have a squad full of great technical ability and they move the ball around well with ruthless efficiency. They are guaranteed goals from all over, particularly with talismanic forward Chamakh.

the main thing that has changed with this moroccan team is the choice of manager..henri michel has got morocco playing some spectacular football ever since he became manager back in november...if morocco keep the level of performance up that they showed against france and senegal in the friendies then i am sure morocco will be major contender for the title.
