Well i support the knights because thats where most of my family lives and where my parents are from. SO naturally i was brought up as a knights supporter when i was younger. But as i got a bit older i started chopping and changing teams not knowing much about the league at that stage. So eventually some1 told me that you should support the team you first started supporting. So i took on that advice and have been a knights supporter ever since

I support the Broncos ........... hopefully Locky can stay healthy and then we'll have a great chance of making the play-offs .

And before you ask , when it comes to the NRL , I'm a Broncos and Queensland fan because of Darren Lockyer . Back in the late 90's NRL games started being shown here in England on satellite t.v. I'd always followed the English game ( St.Helens fan) , and decided to watch the Aussie game as well . The first game I watched was early in the 2000 season , and the Broncos defeated the Knights with a late Lockyer try ; and I had a team to support Wink

For those of you who live in Oz .

Is there much interest in the forthcoming World Cup ? Or is it all NRL at the moment ? How seriously do you lot take the International game ?

Theres no hype what so ever about the World Cup atm. Not much on the Nrl to be honest either. Its all cricket and A-League which has now finished with the Jets winning 1-0

And where would you say the NRL ranks in the Aussie mind compared with Cricket , Aussie Rules etc ?

Is it still the number 1 sport in NSW and Queensland , 2nd only to Cricket , or has the AFL finally taken over everywhere , not just Vic and SA ?

And a win for the Broncos Laughing

With the Broncos leading by only 8 points to 6 after 20 minutes ; Locky enters the fray , coming off the bench for the first time in 12 years . 60 minutes later , and with a 48-12 victory in the bag , our hero departs the scene . Wink

Knights lost in a friday night thriller! 24-23 to the Eels after the Knights i think, could of easily taken the win if they took their chances. Ah well these things happen im just glad to see the Knights playing positively and stong!
