I didn't see the game, just saw the goals on tv.

The pitch was poor, but John Toshack had Ryan Giggs (who has now retired from international footy) give the Wales team a bit of a pre-match talk, and the result seemed to show that Wales are getting on the right track.
Norway missed out on qualifying for EURO 2008, but were using this as a starter for their qualifier for WC 2010.
Wales were missing a few players through injury, and hadn't beaten Norway since a 1-0 win in 1982.

Fletcher got the first, and Koumas the other two, and two shots hit the post - not bad from a team rated so low in the rankings - 29 places behind Norway in fact.

It is a nice result for you.I always admire of Ryan Gigs.His finishing shots were absolutely maticilous when he had played in national team.
You let English football to win a lot of stars and srely you are getting on the right track in my opinion.
Well done to your national team mate.
