Very good indeed, nice work guys.

Also makes it more visible that the site has a forum.

Will be looking through it properly shortly - however one thing I've noticed:

http://www.football.co.uk/league_tables/scottish/index.shtml

The Scottish Premier Division should be above the Highland League.

Also the Video's Link at the top directs back to the old style site.

Thanks for your comments so far. We are aiming to make football.co.uk the best footy site out there and together with an excellent group of forum members I am sure this is achieveable. Keep your comments/issues/praise coming!

..looks great and much more like some other websites on the net ...ie modern and looks cool . there is one thing i think would look better ...the league table ..the adverts to the right , would it not look better if there was a complete box around both the league table and then another box around the adverts . It looks a bit strange at the moment ...to me anyway . Wink

oh ..and also maybe if you can add goal difference to the league table would be a good idea ..

Very nice indeed. As floody mentioned - the forum is much more obvious now which can only be a good thing. Also, I love the fact that I can have a quick look at the league table, the fixtures and the results without having to navigate and load new pages. Overall, the whole design seems very user-friendly. Smile

I will point out one very minor thing though: if you look at the Spurs profile, the displayed badge is out of date. The devil is in the detail. Smile

lol you are spot on
The league table shows the correct badge, however the Spurs index has the old style badge.

Looks mighty fine God darn it!

Much more modern looking and smack bang up-to-date (I couldn't look at it from work today, must have contained some dubious content! Smile )

It looks great General - good job! I've no idea what the old one looked like but this one does it for me.

There is some Latency for me on the IIS server. That could be my dodgy connection but the forum on Apache fires up very quick.

Hi EEGooner......could you give us more of a description of where and when your "latency" issues occured. e.g. which pages, was it on the forum or the main website?

Hi General,

I have just randomly clicked through a number of pages on both sites and noticed that while the forum loads immediately, pretty much every request on the Windows hosted main site suffers fairly high latency times.
I estimate some requests have a 6 or 7 second delay before I get a response from the server.
