Cool Cool Very Happy Very Happy Wink Wink

Haye destroyed him like he said he would, credit Maccarinelli for taking the fight though,he didn't have to and it was he who was wanting the fight more,i was gutted that he was knocked out in the way he was because i like Enzo, but i'm also delighted that Haye blew him away and made the heavyweights take him serious because he's gonna go and dominate that division now

Only lasted nearly 2 rounds but i loved it Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

On a brighter note what a superbly gritty and entertaining fight it was on the undercard, the other unification bout between Kevin Mitchell and Carl Johanneson. Mitchell eventually won it in the 9th.

Good fight. Agreed

Just seen the fight here:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lyUQsvYeLBI

Just forward it to about 06:20, that's all you need to see...Enzo got knocked the FCUK OUT!!!!!! Laughing Laughing

Why did he try to get up immediately? He should have stayed down for a few seconds to gather himself, rather than stumble around the ring like a drunk! What made it funnier was seeing his fellow boxing countryman Joe Calzaghe look on as the ref stops the fight (06:40) - he looked disgusted!! Laughing

Well done to that smug git Haye, he outclassed Big Mac. He did exactly what he said he'd do. It'll be interesting to see how he fares in the heavyweight division.

I loved it how Calzaghe was in the corner while the ref was checking Enzo, then as soon as the ref waved it off Joe walked away totally disgusted lol

You can see Mitchell’s fight here:

http://youtube.com/results?search_query=kevin+mitchell+v+carl+johanneson&search_type=

He looks a pretty good fighter, I like his attacking style, although he needs to brush up his defence considerably. He was in big trouble at the end of round 6 but showed briiliant resolve to come back and knock out Johanneson, who is a very good fighter.

I like Mitchell – he very talented - but he’s still got a lot to learn. In that respect, this was a very good fight for him.

yeah he is from Dagenham. lives not far from where i live now. used to play football with him for years (and also against him). he could never fight a street fight to save his life.

he has had quite a lot of chav idiots give him grief but ive never seen him raise a fist to any of them, just walks away. its embarrasing they way people will have a pop at him because he is a boxer and then think they are double hard because he doesnt start fighting with them. he is a good bloke.

i will just go and see a different one, i watched it on TV anyway.

to be fair there was a bit of bad blood and Mitchell was very cocky, not really his usual style. did well to stay on his feet as i thought Johanneson was going to put him on his arse.

Mitchell will be about for years to come, i imagine him and Khan will fight within the next 5 years, in fact i will promise it Wink (thats provided 'big shot Khan' dont duck the fight with his w@nker promoter giving him the safe fights)

If I'm being honest, Khan would destroy him if they fought now.

Mitchell needs more experience against good fighters who give him problems, but he's got the power to hurt Khan, I reckon. I'd love to see him knock out that Joe Wink

yeah i know exactly what you mean!

yeah its true, but then again Mitchell is not a millionaire with the finest guidance and mass TV exposure so his path is a much more steady one.

but yeah Joe has got to go.

Mitchell was neck and neck with Johanesson for a while, he did supremely well to stay up after a barrage of heavy punches in the middle of the fight look to have put paid to him.
