Grant says its wasnt a penalty. Shocked

Was clearly a penalty it hit his arm like 2-3 times

What a clown, he had atleast two goes at it with his arm.

Glad the lino spotted it, he owes us from the Mendes incident at OT.

Laughing Definitely a penalty. The first time it hit, they probably wouldn't have called it (they over look that a lot in every game); however, the second time it hit his arm you can clearly see him moving his arm to deflect the ball.

Question for the Spurs fans..... Hypothetical of course.

At the start of the season if you were given the choice between performing well throughout the season and finding yourself joint fourth like Everton have done or being 11th and getting the Carling Cup in the bag, which would you choose?

Idea

The latter, ill take the trophy over two champs league qualifiers any day.

Plus if we had been in 4th etc all season we would still have Jol in charge and no Ramos the cup man!

Thought so.

Here, did anyone spot the sniper in the crowd or what was going on? Another one of those earthquakes which hit Adebayor last week?

ye tez i mentioned that a couple of pages back what a diving [beep!].

Also when woody put his arms unger Drogbas, Drogba turned and dived to make it look like he threw him to the ground. Fair enoguh it should of been a penalty if he had stayed on side.

Very Happy What a result. The last 10 minutes of extra time was absolute torture!

There are so many reasons why this game was so important for us. Not only have we got a trophy in the cabinet but it's a huge boost for our prospects next season as well; there's a much better chance of Berbs staying now, team spirit and togetherness will obviously improve and we've managed to secure European football. And, perhaps most crucially of all: the belief is now there.

I wonder what the odds of Spurs doing a double were before the start of the season...

Forev: I'd take the cup in an instant. No doubt about it matey.
