Spurmeon - Completely agree with that on Ramos. Look at what hes done with no preseason training, someone else team, only one January window. The man is a trophy machine, he has now won his last 5 out of 6 cup finals, the only loss being after one of his players collapsed and died on the field.

Well he got one. They all get medals.

Spurs played well, much better than Chelsea.

You just said you didnt watch it lol.

And do you think Becks THFC had any clue in her name as to who she supported? lol

Yes that's why I'm congratulating him, because he deserves one at Spurs for his dedication and his performances.

Some more pics for the Spurs:

Okay, so it was only the Carling Cup but I am in seventh heaven! Who would have dared imagine such scenes earlier in the season when the team were having such a torrid time.

To have delivered a piece of silverware 4 months into the job is fantastic from Mr Ramos & Co Very Happy

And I am delighted for Robbie Keane, and Woodgate too - who'd have thought it when he signed, I hope he is at The Lane for a long run.

Well done to Spurs. Deserved the win. Much better on the day. More passion from the players and the fans. Avram Grant hasn't a clue, what a poor team selection

THanks and yes I dont know what Grant was doing. IMO, and I think i said it before the game he was pressured to play a not fully fit Lampard over a inform Ballack but the Cole decision I dont get at all.

it was only The Carling Cup ...but i would have loved Arsenal to have won it ...anyway , well done to Spurs . They deserved it really from what i saw of the match ....maybe a bit fortunate with the winner but you take it when it comes ...

Now can Spurs build on this and actually become a top four team rather than show promise of being one ..Ramos seems to have created a team that is able to take on the big clubs and beat them rather than just give it good go against them .

lol How condescending and patronising can you get?

I hope we never end up one of 'the big four', we'll just take the Ramos cups and one of your Champs League spots pretty soon.

Yes if they can't let their hair down after lifting a cup, when can they expect to have a spit roast!

Anyway I'm sure that's Ramos in the background offering the bouncer out. We'll have him anglicised in no time (kicking over plastic tables and taunting water cannons)

They deserved a good night yes but at least have night that you can remember. King, Jenas look like they wont even remember lifting the trophy. Hutton probably had more to drink than any of them but he's scottish and can handle his booze.

poor o'hara.. T.T

erm.. speaking about the medals.. do the substituted players on the bench or the rest belong to the team also receive medals?..

i mean.. they're technically a part of the winning team too.. right?..

Ahhh, who cares, it's been a long time, enjoy it while it lasts. You never know when the next one will come. As long as they don't get thrown in jail, it's all good.

THE FINAL - Tottenham Hotspur v Chelsea FC
