Yobbo: I don't give a f**k if these jokers have a laugh at us now; they're doing it anyway!! Laughing

My Champions' League lyric is amusing I must admit, although BJ's "Keano and Berba will be our front two next season" is the killer! Laughing Laughing

There is nothing funny about "Ramos is a winner". He's got trophies to back that up Cool

That doesn't make any sense: nobody's won anything yet.

The silverware is handed out next year mate.

Happy? Would you be happy if you were rock bottom of the f**kin league, Tommy?

Your statement is more accurate now, let's put it that way Wink

was he still in his job this time last season?

he wasn't THIS bad, no matter how much you want to convince yourself otherwise.

The difference was Jol still had Keane and Berbatov. Ramos hasn't.

We did not need to sell Robbie, and he must of knew Berba was going to leave and had a very long time to replace him with a quality striker.

i love the excuses.

what about West Brom? who is their strike force? or Hull? or Stoke? or any other club? they all have victories under their belt.

your current strikeforce is worth (according to Spurs) £30m pounds. thats not including Campbell of course.

why cant he do anything with that?

other unnamed but 'lesser' managers have got more from those same players. Wink

I thought we were comparing Jol's start to Ramos' start?

right. what about last season? Ramos had them both but still had a dreadful record.

my point is all this excusing Ramos over the loss of those two is pretty stupid considering your strike force cost £30m. what other clubs have a front two that cost £30m? not very many thats for sure. and yet still Ramos can get nothing out of them. are they bad players?

Our strikeforce has cost £30 but how many games have they played together? Do you honestly think it's just case of buying two players and them scoring and playing well for fun from the off? What about the bench? We go back to Comolli failnig to sign another striker.

Look, I ain't removing any blame from Ramos, but trying to blame him exclusively is wrong.

isn't that how International football works? why cant it work at club level? i dont get why its so inconceivable. how many times had Torres played with his team mates last season? or Zaki? why cant two International players play together from the off? or why cant even one of them play well? what about the bench? whats that got to do with it? are you saying that if there was another striker alongside Campbell on the bench they would play well!!!?

I'm not saying it ALWAYS takes time to gel, just sometimes. There is no formula or time limit on a striking partnership operating well, as I'm sure you know. Klinsmann and Sheringham had a great understanding from the off. But Sheringham and Armstrong took almost half a season to work but by the end they scored over 50 goals. Keane and Torres might work out but it's taking it's time for sure.

If there was another striker on the bench then obviously that means there's more options and more permutations between the four strikers. I still have faith in Pavlyuchenko and Bent to work but they've only had one game together, I think.

THE FINAL - Tottenham Hotspur v Chelsea FC
