Sorry, I'm not sure if this is the right section but basically I play football either up front as a striker or on the wing and as our games last 80 mins I often get very tired as I like to run around a lot and harry the opposition players (

My question is does anyone know how I can improve my stamina so that I can last a whole match or atleast a decent amount of time.
Is it training? Fitness concerns? Dietary requirements?
