I am a final year student at John Moores University. Last year i spent a year working in the communications department at Everton FC. I now have to produce a dissertation on my time at Everton. There are a few questions that i need answering by fellow Evertonians. And i would greatly appreciate it if you will take the time to answer them! Please see below:

I very rarely use the club's website , in fact I can't remember the last time I used it ....... some time last year .

I'd say I'm about a 6 on using the internet , I can find my way around btu don't really know how to copy&paste , download etc etc . I'm just a middle aged man , and it's you kids who know what you're doing .

I can't really answer questions 3 - 7 as I don't visit the site often enough to form an opinion or even to remember what different parts are like .

I get all the information I need off Sky Sports News , teletext and the fixture list I carry in my wallet , so I don't really surf the net for information .

One area I would like the club to improve is the online store and the mega store itself . I find the selection of items generally not to my taste . Shirts and t-shirts are too loud , lacking in subtlety . A small , discreet logo on a polo or sweatshirt woiuld be more to my taste than having the entire chest covered by the name / crest . Similarly replica shirts and similar items without those awful sponsors names would be nice .
