someone suggested this about a year ago. its to do with scrapping this forum and starting a new one...

I have never ever seen even one 'hooligan' post on this forum. well obviously you wouldnt know if they kept it under wraps (coughsteelycough) but then theres no problem!

He is so bizarre, with his posting and then going back to edit.

Weird isn't the word. At one point he seemed to have come round and started posting quite well, involving himself in the discussions and arguing his points maturely.

But this is back to his old ways - just ban him and be done with it.
