I've enjoyed wathcing Boro this year in the FA Cup - they're a Premier League side yet crappy enough to pose a thrilling, closely-matched encounter with whoever they face, regardless of league. Don't expect fancy, intricate, free-flowing football, but do expect full-blooded, fast-paced and a combative 90 minutes... Typically English.

This is probably their hardest test yet with Cardiff City, so an upset - if you can even call it that - is more than possible. Although i'd kind of like to see a Middlesbrough/Barnsley final.

Should be a good match whoever wins though.

I can see Cardiff sneaking this one you know, Boro can be so unbelievably poor. As Ben said i expect this to be a good old fashioned physical run around with not a great deal for the lovers of fine football to see!

Very good performance from Cardiff in the first half, Boro will need to radically improve if they are going to pull level let alone win the game. Cardiff have been superior in every aspect of the game and are very good for their lead. Capaldi is causing all kinds of problems with those huge throws.
