The FA Cup draw is tomorrow lunchtime, and for the first time in 100 years we have just one side of the semi-final quartet from the premier tier of English football... in Portsmouth. Barnsley, Cardiff City and West Bromwich Albion making up the remaining clubs dreaming of a final appearance.

In a staggering FA Cup campaign, riddled with cliché’s of cup "magic" and "romance", many will watch on in intrigue - including the masses of neutrals.

Personally i'd love to see Barnsley and Portsmouth kept apart, as i think those two deserve the most to reach the final. Obviously the Tykes have ousted Liverpool and Chelsea, which tells its own story, and Pompey have proved victors against Manchester United, in the Red Devils' own camp, but the south coast club also merit that UEFA Cup spot above all others and would represent our country very well, led be dodgy Harry.

I can't help but feel they'll make up one of the semi-finals though, with Cardiff and West Brom to battle it out for the other remaining Final place.

I honestly dont understand why people think Pompey deserve to be in the final. Have played championship teams until Man Utd. Got lucky in every single game, they only got through one round thanks to an own goal. They beat Man Utd although not deserved and Man Utd should of had a penalty.

I think Barnsley deserve to be in the final for obvious reasons, and then its a toss up between the rest. Pompey and Cardiff have knocked out teams and they've been labelled shock results. Although i cant believe Boro loosing to cardiff was a shock with Boro playing so bad Smile

I think Cardiff and Barnsley probably deserve to get to the final.

I generally think because of Portsmouth's league performance they deserve the UEFA Cup place, and are the only remaining team who'd do us justice in Europe. So i'd like them and another of the other three smaller sides to make up the final... And Barnsley deserve it above West Brom and Cardiff in my opinion.

To be fair Yobs as we have seen frequently during this competition, this weekend in particular, while facing teams in the division below should be an easier task it can be notoriously difficult with the threats of upsets etc so fair play to Pompey.

As weird as it sounds i'm hoping Barnsley get Portsmouth, another chance to be the huge underdog,a position where Barnsley really love being,Pompey would have loads to lose whereas Barnsley could relax more having already surpassed everyones expectations

If Barnsley draw West Brom they're buggered... Steele won't be able to play will he, since he came on loan from there?

Barnsley vs. Cardiff City
West Bromwich Albion vs. Portsmouth

Excellent draw! I hope Pompey can beat WBA and Barnsley meet them in the final...

Judas is referring to Sol Campbell Ben.

Superb draw for Barnsley, probably the best chance they could have of making the final, and what an achievement that would be. Although i am sure likewise Cardiff might be a little pleased with that draw also. Pompey and West Brom should be a decent game.

If i was a glory boy then why was i a Liverpool fan through the early 90's when Liverpool were completely shocking?
i got into Liverpool through my uncle who used to bring me programs from Anfield during the glory years of the 70's (not sure why i have to explain myself but what the hell)

I suspect the powers that be at the FA were probably hoping for a Portsmouth V West Brom, final as it would almost definitely fill Wembley.

League champions 1989-90

FA cup 1991-1992

League cup 1994-1995

That is early 90's. Not bad I'd say. Even better than now.

Which will make them completely deserving of being called the FA Cup Champions.
