is that when all the good teams in the Premiership like Arsenal , Chelsea, Man Utd , Liverpool, Newcastle... start the competition . I think Tottenham and a few others start their campaign tonight.

Yes, the teams involved in Europe (Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester United, Liverpool, Everton, Bolton Wanderers, Middlesbrough and Newcastle United) only join in the Third Round.

And Tottenham Hotspur started (and ended!) their campaign tonight! Wink

And any gloating by Arsenal fans will be severely punished by God or Big Jono, whoever gets to it first!

The Inter Toto Cup counted as being in Europe. Thats why were not in until the 3rd round.

I want to draw Grimsby at home to give them a deserved night out and a payday!

They will have to wear their away kit though!

Thanks, and now we have a respectable away shirt i will take you up on your offer.

We still need to explot this win at every opportunity, we don't get results like this very often. The result made all the sweeter by the fact that the Iron lost to Birmingham on the same night!

What you need now is a big pay day at a 40k plus ground not a lower league club with a gate receipt of 6000 - Take the money and consolidate !

But isn't it better to lose to a proper team like Doncaster who really would like to win, rather than Arsenal reserves as previously Shocked

Thanks to some clearly dodgy dealings we have somehow got another great tie, whilst i would have preferred it at St James's we might have a chance been at home it just means we wont get as much money (which believe me we need) but surely sky will show us, already beaten one Premiership side at home, Necastle likely to play their first choice squad etc.

Bring it on, i'm well looking forward to it Very Happy
