Injury-hit Colchester midfielder Kem Izzet has finally returned to full training after missing most of the season with a serious ankle injury.
The 24-year-old has not played since October and has featured in only three of the U's games this term.

"It's been great to see Kem back out on the training field," manager Phil Parkinson told the club's website.

"He is an important character in the squad and he's been chomping at the bit to get involved in recent weeks."
