It's not the aggressiveness that's the problem , it's the silly things that she does to get herself booked. The only reasons she got that extra booking in the Uefa Cup s/f was because she made rude gesture to the opposing fans.

What annoys me is that I did not see that gesture at the game.
I still wonder if she really did it?

At the end of the day, we still won the trophy with a much more defensive display in the two final games
so no real harm there and she got a medal.

Too right!

And thats what makes kelly kelly!

To me it just shows her passion in the game, its not as if she intends to get bookings or sent off, I think she just gets caught up in the football.

She was supposed to be out for a month, I believe.

She played for England at Shrewsbury, but not for Arsenal at Everton on 2nd Dec - so, hope she'll be back early in new year Wink

I hope she's back early 2008

I must admit much as I like kelly she can be silly with her actions I know at the france game in Blackburn she was leaving her leg trailing in tackles at the end of the game and I was cringing but it is part of her game and her as a player.

towards the end of the game it looked to me like she was leaving her leg trailing I'm far from an expert at sport (as people away from here so gladly seem to point out) so I may be wrong (the last part of this isn't a dig at your tmwcat or anyone else on here but the way people treat my like of the women's game has made me think I'm best not talking or posting anywhere or anything)

Onto Kelly I didn't manage to spot her with the other girls though I'm sure she was there at sports personaility tonight.

And why wasn't she on the short list?
