I have been a freelance football writer for some 15 years now and, I’m putting together a book about England fans in time for the World Cup next summer.
If you have a tale to tell about supporting the national side, please get in touch. I’m looking for funny stories, scary stories, stories connected with trouble at a match, either being involved or watching it at first hand. Any scary flights to matches on dodgy aeroplanes. Hospitality or sometimes lack of it from foreign fans when travelling abroad. Hotel experiences. And anything else you can think of.
