Sorry, actually also have Australia to playoff with Uruguay and Bahrain to playoff with Trinidad and Tobago. I was trying to verify the dates they meet (not sure if they play on the same Nov. dates that the European teams meet) before posting, but I'll just add them now and edit when I find the dates or someone can tell me..........

Yes, of course if they win....There are currently 27 teams now in, 5 slots still need to be filled (to complete the 32 team field) and they will come from the winners of the playoffs.......(I think I got all that correct..). Cool

May result in them being thrown out of the next World Cup. I think with Turkey, they have had enough chances. It is harsh to punish the team - however it is the only way. The English have been threatened with it on so many occasions, and where as I will openly admit there has been some problems with fans, I beleive it has improved greatly over the last few tournaments. Turkey just seem to be getting worse and worse and something needs to be done.

I'm not sure how true this is, but I heard that as the Swiss players ran off the filed and into the tunnel that one of there players kicked an assistant coach of Turkey and than the bust-up was fully on....Don't know what to believe, and hopefully an investigation will sort things out and the guilty will be punished.

Fifa president Sepp Blatter says it will hold an investigation into the violence at the end of the World Cup tie between Turkey and Switzerland.
The Swiss qualified on the away goals rule but the end of the game was marred as players clashed in the tunnel.

Blatter says the inquiry will be finished by 9 December, when the draw for the finals takes place in Leipzig.

He warned: "I can tell you this, not as a Swiss but as president of Fifa, that we will act and we will act tough."

Yep looks like its all on, i wonder what the punishment will be if Turkey is found to be at fault.

He has too take serious action, because if it had been Scotland, England, Ireland or Wales there would be serious repercussions. Blatter has too make an example out of Turkey.
