lol

it was a game of little importance, really. just the 1st game of the group stage with milano scoring two very lucky ones on the 1st an the last minute respectively.

dont really think they have so much as a slightest chance to win away at barca. a draw is the best they can hope for, for real. once barca scores, the can leave the pitch and go packing their suitcases preparing for a trip back to milano.

I hope you are not drinking, today. Somehow, it seems you are. " A DRAW is the best they can hope for," I read.
If AC draws at Camp, scores just one goal, Barca is gone.
There is no such a thing as a game of no importance. They scored twice at Camp, then. Next Tuesday, just duplicate it & your pass, pass, pass Barca is fishing.
Are you attending English lessons ?

milano will never score 2 at camp nou, mar my words.

i said, it was EXACTLY a game of no importance and barca didnt pull all the stops to prove anything to anyone. and even in that situation they were leading the game right to the last minute when milano score a random 2nd goal from a corner.

this time it wont happewn, belive me.)

returing to this game, who was motm though?

i think xavi did pretty well, but as i said he lacks clinical finish. if he had this feature it would cetainly make him the best in the world considering his unexcelled ability to see the pithch, keep the ball and pass it around. but when he faces the goal he cant always drive it properly even if it is an easy one which the same messi would put to bed without hezitating much.

messi himself in this one seemed not to be in the mood though. he was playing, as it were, but nothing further than that. what really inspires anxiety to me is how poor looked iniesta. i hope he does better in the 2nd leg...

p.s. no i dont take any english lessons, learn it on my own. but if you know a pretty slovak female english teacher, let me know Laughing

Barcelona were very poor last night by their high standards and messi was bossed by the milan defence....

Dont know why the commentators were raving on about xavi , the match i was watching the two best players were ambrosini and nesta even antonoli was superb....

Seeing nesta play like that again was rolling back the years the man is sheer class , shout out for seedorf to what performance also.....

Alas it will prob not make a difference as barcelona will turn them over at home.....

Xavi was good but Milan were very physical in defence and did well to stop Barca from playing. Same with Messi, they fouled him out of the game at times but he still made some chances. At home we'll see the real Barcelona, milan will have to do something ridiculously special to go through.

Was quite worried when Seedorf caught Xavi on the achilles, hes been suffering from tendonitis for a while.
Milan may get lucky, Barca have Bilbao on saturday so who knows what that may take out of them physically.

Milan did foul on numerous occasions i have to admit but i was still very impressed with their overall defensive display even though barca should have had a couple of pens....

Ibra should have scored as well as robinho...

I thought AC played very defensively & well.
As for those penalties, the ref did not fall for any diving.

After seeing the game last night, I thought Chelsea vs Benfica was much brisker game in comparison. Wink
