Bielsa on the move?

War has broken out at Bilbao, Bielsa went to inspect the work being done at the new training ground only to be so enraged by what he saw he assaulted the site manager. He said the work was a sham and they were being robbed. The board immediately issued a statement disagreeing with Bielsas comments leading to a 2 and a half hour meeting between Bielsa and the board. A ceasefire has been called but are relations to strained to carry on? Ernesto Vervalde is allegedly waiting in the wings.

Marcelo Bielsa is a very eccentric and outspoken coach and it would be a real shame if he quit or
was sacked after leading Bilbao to two finals last season and helping to bring on all those talented young players.

Well the news is he is staying put. Although he has pointed out his relationship with the board has changed now, this could lead to friction if results change on the pitch but good news in the short term that hes staying.

Thats good news that he is staying - Bilbao really need to improve their league form though in this new season.

For sure, althoughMartinez has emerged as Barcas top target now so their season could be affected by the outcome of that situation.

Im not sure but for me hes overall been a bit disappointing last season....not sure if its wise to be like this if he wants to stay
