It has been announced that the 2 match ban given to Jose Mourinho
for poking new Barcelona boss Tito Vilanova in the eye last season has been lifted which has angered the Catalan side.
The reason for the lifting of the ban is the re election of Angel Maria Villar as president
of the Spanish football federation as its custom at the start of each new term for some players and managers to be exonarated of previous sins.
Do Barcelona have a right to be upset at this decision and should the Spanish FA re instate Jose Mourinho's 2 match ban?

Suppose I can see why they'd be little pissed off alrighty yeah.
But in all honesty 2 game ban or not I can't see it make any difference to the outcome of next season.

The ban is only for supercup games and the amnesty on bans happens every time Villar is re elected. That said its a joke that such an act goes unpunished but the fact it was only a two game ban wasnt great.
Spains FA are a joke and pretty shabby at the basics so its no surprise.
Barcelona will seek advice and complain to the relevant body, at least thats what Rosell is saying. Im not sure its worth it given the relations between the clubs and Mourinho has already started his digs at Barca and it really isnt worth giving him ammunition.
