Borussia Dortmund won the Bundesliga for a second time in a row last season.
Jurgen Klopp's side also won the German cup and lost just 3 league matches all campaign.
The Black and Yellows set a new points record earning 81 in total and will now wear 2 stars on their shirts.
The champions have sold midfielder Kagawa to Man Utd but brought in the talented Marco Reus from Gladback.

It would be fair to say that Bayern Munich had a disaster last season ending up winning nothing at all!
They finished 2nd again to Dortmund in the league and were also thrashed 5-2 by them in the German cup final.
Jupp Heynckes side also had a chance to play in the CL final in their own stadium but lost on penalties to Chelsea.
The Bavarians have brought in young Swiss star Xherdan Shaqiri and signed Claudio Pizarro to help boost their squad.

Who will win the Bundesliga this season? - 2012/13 - Will Dortumd make it 3 title wins in a row or can Bayern bounce back?

I like a lot of what Dortmund, their supporters and their fans.

However, I think Bayern Munich will win it this season. I was watching them today after the Arsenal game and they are looking good!

Would be a great achievement for Dortmund to win it 3 seasons in a row though.

At the moment it doesn't look like anybody will stop Bayern Munich from winning the Bundesliga!
Jupp Heynckes side have won 7 out of 7 in the league with Croatian striker Mario Mandzukic in good form with 6 goals.

Borussia Dortmund haven't done badly but have been a little disappointing away from home and are yet to win a game.

Eintracht Frankfurt who won promotion last season deserve a mention and surprisingly sit in second place in the table.

Is the title race really already over? - Could Jurgen Klopp's Dortmund team still have a say even though they are 7 points behind?

This time they are absolutely on the same level.. (how you probably saw the 1:1 on December 1st at Munich)

..but this race is already over.. Bayern Munich is nearly unstoppable in this Bundesliga-season, while Dortmund often had either bad luck with the refs or defended to naive... 12 points between them is just too much..

Obviously, Bayern is the legend of German football and always taken into consideration for the championship title. As for me, they have had undoubtedly the strongest lineups for last 10 years. In this time they succedded to take 5 championships which was not equivalent to their possibilities. But I'm sure this season belongs to them and they can't lose the huge advantage in the next round. Their finances let them dominate in Germany for next couple of years. They just need to keep solidity.
