Osasuna looked to be heading for a win against Barcelona
until that man Lionel Messi turned things around with another 2 goals to win the 3 points.

Real Madrid took the lead through Higuain in the local derby but Getafe
fought back in the 2nd half and really deserved to win the match according to Jose Mourinho.

Valencia twice threw away two goal leads in their home fixture against Deportivo!
Soldado had given them a 2-0 head start in the first half only for La Courna to go away with a 3-3 draw!

Any comments on last nights results?

Why have Real Madrid got off to such a bad start?

Barcelona have said they are going to appeal against the red card
that was shown to manager Tito Vilanova who was sent to the stand for protesting about a foul against Busquetts.

A.Madrid 4-0 Ath Bilbao

Falcao helped himself to a hat trick and Thiago scored a nice goal too to continue Bilbaos poor start to the season.
Bet your pleased Hams? Very Happy

I watched the game Bren10 on Sky on Monday night Very Happy

I was really delighted with Atletico's perforamnce and the whole team played well.

Had it not been for Bilbao's keeper Iraizoz the score could easily have been 5-0 or even 6-0.

Athletic seem to be in complete chaos at the moment and it doesn't help with Martinez and Llorente being in limbo.

Their coach Bielsa doesn't look to be making things better by playing his troops in the wrong positions!

As for my beloved Atletico I will be quite disappointed now if we don't finish 3rd in the table this season.

Congrats to Hams as Atletico looking like the real deal so far, Falcao what class.... I agree Bielsa must be really feeling the pressure showing continued run of losses and losing big players is not good....

I watched Reals loss and it was great Very Happy Although too bad we let them back up with the bad mistakes in the Supercup, if beat them while they are down it would have been better.... Real bouncing back quickly....although 5 points gap is great to have so early Smile
