Real Sociedad won the Basque derby 2-0 against Athletic Bilbao to earn the local bragging rights.
Last seasons Copa Del Rey and Europa League finalists still look a shadow of the team they were under Bielsa.
Its a crazy policy not to start with Fernando Llorente just because he doesn't want to sign a new contract.

What a match at the Estadio Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán last night! Sevilla are so unlucky not to have at least got a draw.
Michel's side were 2-1 up with just a minute left but Fabregas equalised then Villa scored the winner deep into injury time.

The former Arsenal man played well but got Medel sent off when he completely over reacted to a foul in the 72 minute
which helped to turn the game in Barcelona's favour and it looks like he may have been taking cheating lessons from Busquets and Sanchez.

There is nothing I hate more in football when players go down faking serious injury to get an opponent sent off.

Brilliant game at the Pizjuan last night, though Barca played great and showed real resilience to come back and win. The ref played his part no doubt and it was disappointing to see Cescs reaction but totally deserved the victory, the effort put in was quality and it was good to see Cesc and Villa score again. Plus Tito again made good subs to swing the game.
