I predict Atetico to win 3-0 with Falcao scoring a hat trick.

I would just be happy if we could come away from the Nou Camp with a point.

FT

Barcelona 4-1 Atletico Madrid
0-1 Falcao 31'
1-1 Adriano 36'
2-1 Busquets 45'
3-1 L. Messi 57'
4-1 L. Messi 88'

Any comments on todays result?

This was Barcelona's 15th victory in 16 La Liga matches!

I thought Atletico might go in 1-1 at the break but that 2nd goal by Busquets killed my hopes that we could earn a draw at the Nou Camp.

Absolutely brilliant 1st half, Atleti got their tactics bang on and we struggled big time. Falcao was a constant threat on the break and his finish was sublime. Looked bleak until that Adriano cracker and then we stepped it up and Busquets dealt a massive blow to Atleti on the stroke of half time. That was probably the game as Atleti didnt recover and Messi did his trick of being on the periphery but still scoring 2 and that was that.

Could well be it for the league if Barca carry on in this form, 9 ahead of Atleti and 13 ahead of Real. Pep who?

91 this year :D WOOO HOOOO~!!! messi has been unstoppable, last game I saw just now he screwed a shot well wide with his right foot, which shows that hes still human! Such a weak right foot compared with his left Lol! But then straight after that he decides to use his left, gets past 3 defenders and smashed the goal in off the post, LOL! I guess he was mad after the miss and felt he needed to correct it :D :D :D

Atletico worried me though, Real contained Falcao well whereas we didnt. So in the end the 4-1 win was even bigger than Real's 2-0 win which was psycological advantage for the season as well, well done boys :)
