Middlesbrough sack Tony Mowbray

Postby Hams » Tue Oct 22, 2013 10:27 am

Middlesbrough have fired Tony Mowbray after a poor start to the season.

Boro lost their last game 3-2 away at Barnsley which has left them 16th in the table.

In an incredible stat it has been revealed that they have won only 5 championship games in 2013.

I think this would be a good job for ex Stoke boss Tony Pullis to take over. - Any comments?

Former Real Madrid assistant Aitor Karanka is set to be unveiled as the new manager of Middlesbrough.

He was a great player for Los Blancos in Spain and a good No2 for Jose Mourinho but is he the right man for the Riverside?
