Arsenal v Hull City

Postby Hams » Tue Dec 03, 2013 3:34 pm

Arsenal won their last game 3-0 away at Cardiff with Aaron Ramsey scoring twice at his old team.

Hull City beat Liverpool 3-1 which was their first ever victory against The Reds but the row over re branding continues.

Any comments or predictions?

Will Arsenal maul the Tigers at the Emirates or could City claw their way to another surprise win?

Hull are a paw team so i don't think Arsenal will only manage to win this by a whisker. the arsenal players have earned their stripes this season with some fine victories and i expect that to continue here.

so i think the away side will be toothless while Wenger will walk away saying fangs for the three points.

I disagree, I think Hull may have changed their stripes after mauling Liverpool. In fact I think they're grrrreat. They are no longer a timid pussy, but a big cat stalking another victim in red. Burning bright, in the shadows of the floodlit night, I forecast a 0-1 win to the Yorkshire men.
Hull City, in the words of Gareth Cheeseman, just remember...

Hull have beaten Liverpool ,newacstle and drew against Spurs so far ,so it should be a test for Arsenal. A chance to show thier true worth as a team in this league! It shoudl be a 4-1 drubbing quiite frankly , but you never know in this league.

It shoudn't be a problem!Jenkinson has had very little playing time so he should be taking this chance to re establish himslef in the mind of Wenger for future games. He should be up for this game if he's fit.

Giroud is dropped to the bench and has been replaced by Nicklas Bendtner who makes his first PL start since April 2012!

What a f*cking goal that is ! Ramsey absoluetly stunning movement. Unpredictable passing of the highest order form teh Welshman ,who without doubt has been the best player in the premiership this season.

FT

Arsenal 2-0 Hull City
1-0 Bendtner 2’
2-0 Özil 47’

Arsenal will stay 4 points clear at the top of the table.

Nicklas Bendtner scored his first league goal for the Gunners in almost 3 years!

Any comments?
