Chelsea v Swansea

Postby Conner99 » Tue Dec 24, 2013 7:09 pm

Chelsea bored a draw out of Arsenal at the Emirates ...it finished 0-0 and the Blues can maybe count themselves lucky they got away with a point rather than a red card and a defeat , John Mikel Obi getting away with a nasty challenge on Mikel Arteta and then Theo Walcott being brought down by Willian in the penalty area ..but Mike Dean saw nothing wrong . The point keeps Chelsea in forth place in the table .

Swansea were beaten 2-1 by Everton although it did take a late blockbuster from Everton's promising young midfielder Ross Barkley to deny the Swans a point , manager Michael Laudrup thoughT his side deserved more ...he said after the match "I think we deserved more".

I'm sure Chelsea wont be as boring as they were against Arsenal and will improve to beat Swansea 2-0 at the Bridge.

Chelsea 2-0 Swansea

Hmm, to beat Chelsea at home is a challenge and I'd like to see the Welshmen go home happy, but lets face it there is only one outcome here. Chelsea 3 Swansea 1.

FT

Chelsea 1-0 Swansea
1-0 Hazard 29

The Blues win but once again they were not really convincing.

Any thoughts on todays result?
