Postby Hams » Thu Mar 13, 2014 10:13 pm

Week 25

Fri 14/03/14
Augsburg 19 : 30 Schalke 04

Sat 15/03/14
Borussia Dortmund 14 : 30 Borussia Mgla
Werder Bremen 14 : 30 Stuttgart
Hoffenheim 14 : 30 Mainz 05
Eintracht Brau 14 : 30 Wolfsburg
Hertha BSC 14 : 30 Hannover 96
Bayern Munchen 17 : 30 Bayer Leverkusen

Sun 16/03/14
Hamburger SV 14 : 30 Nurnberg
Eintracht Fran 16 : 30 Freiburg

Dortmund with 4 wins now in last 5 Bundesliga games look like there getting
back into some form now but the same cant be said for their opponents Gladbach who are dropping every week.

League leaders and unbeaten Bayern take on Leverkusen who have also been poor recently with no wins in last 5.

Down at the bottom desperate Hamburg take on Nurnberg on Sunday needing a win to climb up the table.

Any comments or predictions?

Just how was this possible simply?

Dortmund were slowly getting back to some good form while Gladbach had been rubbish but they still won!

Saturday March 15

Bayern Munich 2 - 1 Bayer Leverkusen

The Champions are now 50 games unbeaten in all competitions!

Mandzukic put them ahead just before half time with a powerful header.

Bastian Schweinsteiger then scored with a fantastic free kick to wrap up the 3 points.

Stefan Kiesling replied with a late consolation goal in injury time but it was too little and too late.

.. i don't really know.. they made a pretty good game again, but it seems to me that every team they face is perfectly prepared for them at the moment... the ref then did his best to prevent even a draw, which would have been more than well deserved for Dortmund..

...but that doesn't explain why Borussia Dortmund keeps struggling to secure the 2nd place in the league.. sure they still have many injured players, but the quality they still have with the other players should easily be enough for that...so it has to be kind of a mental thing i guess.. it really bothers me

I think they won't get past the quater finals this Champions League season.. :?

Schalke victory was awesome.

They improved a lot.

Bayern is the best team for sure. So the "real championship" is the 2nd place.

And Schalke will win this "championship"
